"Recently I dealt with Mary Reed regarding making an investment. I had funds at different locations and wanted t merge them and maximize my investment. My bank was not easy to deal with and Mary saw to it that the funds were released and sent to the proper investment company. In addition, an old 401k also gave some resistance and Mary handled that as well. She is always in touch with me whenever I have an issue or question. She is very aggressive in her pursuit to please her customer but remains professional at the same time."

"Don't understand why the rating is so high. I trusted the rating and went on had my auto insurance with them. Until later the agent said after underwriting, they had to increase the rate 25%. That was after I had paid my insurance in full and signed the contract. Will have to search for somewhere else after half a year."

"We're truly sorry for the frustration this caused you. We understand how disappointing it is to receive a rate increase after you've already made a payment and committed to a policy. In this case, our initial quote missed some critical pieces of information, and once underwriting completed their review, the rate was adjusted to accurately reflect the risk. While underwiring changes can happen, we strive to provide quotes that are as accurate as possible from the start, and we clearly missed the mark here.
We take responsibility for that and are using this as an opportunity to improve our process, so it doesn't happen again. We appreciate you giving us a chance and genuinely regret the inconvenience this caused.

"I recently went through an extremely stressful time in my life — a tree fell on my Jeep shortly after I had my baby — and I was completely overwhelmed. In the middle of all of that, Kayla is was truly a blessing.
From the very beginning, Kayla went above and beyond to support me. She stayed on calls with me while I dealt with the claims department, making sure I wasn’t navigating everything alone. When things went wrong with the repair shop, she stepped in and advocated for me without hesitation. She kept me informed, made sure my concerns were heard, and ensured the process moved in the right direction.
What meant the most was how she continued to check in on me, not just once, but multiple times. Her kindness, patience, and genuine care brought so much comfort during a time when I desperately needed it.

"This agency is not well knowledge or atleast the people they have working for them. Being with Bob Wittmer since 2000 he retires and the customers got spit up to different agencies.
I added a car and was all messed up in not providing me all information. I had to call many times to try to resolve issue. Called them more times in two months then I think I ever call my former provider.
I do not recommend this agency. Some times getting to big lose personalities and focus on key points.
I gave them a try and change to another agency who is awesome."
