Shawn Leh

Hello! I’m Courtnie Russo, the Office Manager at Shawn Leh State Farm. I have proudly worked here since December 2010 and live in Catasauqua. My team members would describe me as helpful, hardworking, and supportive, and I love to go above and beyond for all my customers and their insurance needs. I am a graduate of East Stroudsburg University, and I enjoy volunteering at my kids’ sports organizations. A fun fact about me is that I have two dogs named Rocky and Lily.

My name is Maria Amedeo, and I've been the Marketing Director at Shawn Leh State Farm since 2015. I love to lead by example and spread positivity at the office. I live in the West End of Allentown and am a Temple University graduate. Marketing is my passion. I constantly bring innovative methods to the team. Staying active is important to me, so I enjoy hiking, weightlifting, and triathlons when I'm not at w0rk. I love my dogs, Archie and Barkley, and I once petted a “Holy Crocodile" in Ghana.

I was born in South Bend, Indiana but spent most of my life growing up in the Lehigh Valley. I graduated from Allentown Central Catholic High School where I played baseball and basketball. I went to Kutztown University where I played baseball and graduated with my bachelor's degree. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my friends and family and watching sports on weekends. I have a passion for marketing and service and have worked professionally 5 years in the auto industry. My favorite teams are the Yankees, Packers, Celtics, and all Notre Dame athletics. A fun fact about me is that I have attended almost every major league baseball stadium.

Hi! My name is Jacob Hendricks and I'm happy to bring you knowledge and assistance in regards to providing you and your family with the right coverage! I lived in the Lehigh valley my entire life where I attended Kutztown University where I obtained my marketing degree. As a former Athlete I still hold onto my team player mentality and bring a competitive edge to the table. I still love to be involved in sports as I work as an assistant Coach for a local baseball team and help train all age groups here in the valley. I'm always staying active and love spending time with friends and family. I am eager and excited to help you with all your insurance needs.

Hi! My name is Amy Kinnon AND I am the Community Relations Coordinator. I grew up in in the Lehigh Valley and love this community. I spent my twenties traveling and working in Marketing for several high-tech companies. In 2010, I began working as a Director of Photo Operations in Allentown. When not working in the community, I enjoy spending time with my husband and two teenage children. We enjoy traveling to warm places and camping in the woods.

My name is Andrew Collins and I am currently studying at Eastern University where I am also a member of the men’s lacrosse team. In my free time I enjoy spending time with family and friends, golfing, fishing, and skiing. One fun fact about me is that I used to be a ski instructor as my first job.

Hello! I’m Mavel Merejo, and I have been an Account Executive at Shawn Leh State Farm since September 2022. I am a licensed agent willing to go the extra mile for my customers. My fellow employees would describe me as friendly, hard-working, and a team player. When not at the office, I love playing video games, gardening, and spending time with my dogs and cat. I went to Liberty High School and graduated from Northampton Community College.

Hello! I'm Kristen, and I have been the Remote Service Team Member at Shawn Leh State Farm since 2002. I am here to deliver exceptional service to my customers while I walk them through the insurance process. I live in Carlisle, PA, and am a graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Football is my big passion, and I love to crochet and spend time with my family when I'm not at the office. Fun fact: I own three beautiful dogs!

Carter recently finished his Junior Year at the University of Delaware where he is majoring in Business Management. Carter is also a left-handed pitcher for UofD Baseball team! When not in the office or on the mound, he is also an avid golfer and enjoys a good steak at PRIME.

Hello, my name is Dan, and I am a Producer/Account Manager here at the agency. My role is to provide tailored advice to meet my customer's’ needs. I have a strong commitment to providing great customer service and understanding risk management.

I grew up in Allentown and have lived here most of my life. Prior to working insurance, I worked a variety of roles in the hospitality industry. When not here, I enjoy spending time with my two kids, being outdoors, and experimenting in the kitchen.

🌟 Introducing Shane Leh, our newest intern at Shawn Leh State Farm Agency! Shane is a student at Northwestern Lehigh HS ('26), passionate about science, especially Biology. He's the quarterback for the Varsity football team and active in track, Interact and Leo Clubs. When not on the field, he loves hanging out with friends and hitting the beach.

Shane chose to intern with us because he gets to work with his dad. He's excited to learn how a State Farm team operates. Welcome, Shane!
